Joyce Fletcher operates as an Executive Director of Nursing for the Black Country in the West Midlands and was appointed in November 2016 with responsibility for Governance, AHPs and Psychology, having previously held the position of Deputy Director of Nursing at BCPFT since 2011. As one of 11 Black executive directors in the UK Joyce has continued to lead change and impact nurses within her influence to ensure the highest quality service is produced for the care of every patient. Joyce has a passion for high quality, compassionate care that puts patients first and has a real drive for ensuring inclusive leadership at every level
She has worked at a Parliamentary national level as a council member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) where she served as the registrant member for England. Outside of work Joyce has impacted the educational system through her work as a school Governor.
As well as leading impact in secular leadership spaces, Joyce Fletcher is also the National Women’s Director for COGOP UK and provides leadership at a national base for women ensuring that they become women of great faith and impact ready to infiltrate and bring God’s Kingdom into their sphere of influence. As National Women’s Director she also leads a range of retreats and women’s conferences in an international faith based organisation for women to find solace and refresh in the presence of God.
Joyce is a wife to her wonderful Husband Bishop Neville Fletcher and mother to four beautiful children. She truly desires to bring the seed of the Kingdom in any space the Lord places her. She truly is a woman of faith and impact.
