Esther is a member of Springfield Methodist church and runs Fo Francis Foundation, a charity that provides care, support and practical help to vulnerable women, their children and orphans based in the UK and Ghana. Over the past seven years, her charity has helped hundreds of women and children, using her own funds, earned through her work as a cleaner, to support those in need.
