Annelie Redelinghuys

Born 18/11/1954, Beaufort West, South Africa.

My Farther got transferred which resulted in me starting school in Fribourg, Switzerland. We returned to South Africa in 1962.

I spent 25 years in the Computer Industry, during which time I used it as a platform to assist the Townships still under the Apartheid oppression by offering training and support. This was a volatile time in South Africa and very dangerous to enter these Towns, but I believe I had Devine Protection.

We Immigrated to the UK in 1999. I started a Health and Fitness centre and ran many programs for Women with Mental Health problems; this earned me the 2008 FIA Flame award.

After closing the Business I continued supporting Women by doing Health Talks monthly at my home. I also gave cooking lessons to young Adult., and now added Sewing classes to the Mix.

I am passionate and enjoy working with community organisations and Churches to transfer positive impact to our present and future generations
