Adeola Akintoye is a Chartered Accountant with Masters in Business Information Technology. She started her career twenty-four years ago as a Finance Assistant in a Housing Association in the United Kingdom. She now heads the international finance team of a major International Charity. Adeola has worked in various leadership position in the development sector; leading business process transformational changes and developing high performing teams that provided effective business support to drive organisation success.
A trained Life coach and speaker, Adeola has a passion for developing and empowering people to discover, activate and sharpen their natural gifting in order to live a purposeful and fulfilling life. She is the founder of We CAN Leadership Institute, through which she collaborates with others to equip and empower people. She hosts annual leadership conferences across the world, to teach, train, equip and activate leadership skills necessary for this generation.
Adeola is also the founder of We CAN Foundation which supports orphans, widows and mission work in Africa and Asia. Her personal goal is to live a life that glorifies God, through serving and adding value into the lives of other people.
Adeola is a published author of five books, three e-books. She is also a prolific blogger on leadership, life-skills and spiritual growth. She is blessed with three beautiful daughters.
