Reverend Dr. Sheila Belgrave
Revd Dr Sheila A Belgrave is a dynamic and powerful woman of the God. She is an ordained Minister and Trustee at NewDay Ministries Community Centre London UK. Sheila is a national and international preacher, lecturer, counsellor, and motivational speaker.
Helping the Church to be relevant in today’s society is a key focus and drive for her.
The skills and experience that Sheila uses the skills gained in her secular work in the Civil Service and Government for 40 years extensively in her ministry, to further the work of the Lord within Church. She has been a CEO and has held several Directorship, non-executive director, and trustee in a number of public sector organisations and numerous boards of management.
She is co-founder ‘EmpowHer to Rise & the Soul Sisters Ministries outreach Ministries’ which is aimed at Women that need practical support and spiritual healing of body, soul, and mind. Sheila Chairs several community projects which serves those in the community suffering with a mental illness, domestic violence, and homelessness.
Sheila runs her own company SAB Consultancy and works with private and public sector organisations specifically in the area of Equalities Diversity & Inclusion as well as organisational strategic development and transformation. Revd Sheila is a prison Chaplain and part of a prison fellowship.
What makes Sheila distinctive and exceptional her is her dedication, commitment, and determination in reaching those in our community and the Church that are vulnerable, lost and in need of spiritual guidance and support.. She stands firm on the words of her mother the late Revd Dr Io Smith MBE “Only what you do for Christ will last”.
Sheila has a master’s in business administration and strategic management (MBA), a BA degree in Theology & Ministry & a BA in Humanities and a Post Grad Cert in Kingdom Theology and a Doctorate in Ministry
Sheila is mother of 3 beautiful daughters and 3 granddaughters.
