An accomplished IT consultant, having built a distinguished career in the oil and gas industry, specialising in complex global SAP programmes. She also serves as Co-CEO of Havencity Group Holdings, a growing enterprise in property development, management, recruitment, and healthcare workforce solutions.

Flori is the founder of the Institute of Purpose & Leadership, equipping men and women to discover their calling and lead with clarity, excellence, and impact. She is also the visionary founder of Godly Woman of Substance (GWOS), a non-profit movement empowering women to rise as spiritually grounded, economically influential, and purpose-driven leaders through advocacy, enterprise support, and humanitarian care.
