Ebere Akadiri – Christian Woman In Business

Ebere Akadiri is an entrepreneur, business strategist and consultant with over 23 years of business management and leadership experience in the food and event industry. A champion of women’s leadership, Ebere is the founder of Rise and Lead Women, an international organisation with a mission to increase the representation of women leaders from diverse backgrounds in the workplace and the marketplace.

Ebere collaborates with global organisations to create and implement innovative programs and events that support and empower career women and minority entrepreneurs.

Formally a multi-branch restaurant owner in Nigeria, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge with other women, especially those historically excluded from economic and leadership participation. She provides training and mentorship to women in business to advance their careers and business and accomplish their dreams.

Ebere sees a world where women have the opportunity to make the difference they want to make – whether it’s financial freedom, occupying decision-making positions or building a successful business that makes an impact.

Currently, she co-founded Ataro Group, a food manufacturing company that packages spices and sauces inspired by West African recipes.

Ebere gives back through the BIEL Foundation, a non-profit in the Netherlands that provides training and mentorship to help migrant women and at-risk victims of trafficking to build successful careers and achieve their dreams.

An inspiring and compelling speaker, Ebere has spoken on several global platforms. She creates and manages high-end experiential in-person and virtual events for organisations like the United Nations, the Organisation of African First Ladies (OAFLAD), UPS Europe, Saipem Contracting, ILead Conference, and Rise & Lead Summit, amongst others. She’s the host of the Rise To Leadership Podcast and Foundertable Talk.
