DR PEARL JARRETT

Dr. Pearl Jarrett is a Disruptive Changemaker whose commitment to impacting the world has left an indelible mark on communities near and far. As the Founder and CEO of The Jarrett Foundation and Veranda Connect Ltd, she stands at the forefront of philanthropy and innovation. 2005, Dr. Jarrett faced a formidable battle with cancer, emerging triumphant and determined to seize her second chance at life to make a difference.

Today, her influence extends to the highest levels of government in Jamaica, but also entities like New Scotland Yard and No 10 Downing Street in the UK. Under her leadership, The Jarrett Foundation has delivered invaluable support to 136 schools in Jamaica, providing essential resources and furniture worth over half a million pounds. Dr. Jarrett’s dedication to empowering youth shines through her mentorship programs for disadvantaged young people, alongside her efforts to combat knife crime on a London-wide scale in collaboration with New Scotland Yard and Tesco. As the visionary Founder of Veranda Connect Ltd, Dr. Jarrett has spearheaded the development of innovative solutions such as the “Sustainable Water Ecosystem,” by utilising the latest innovations in renewable energy, revolutionising access to clean water in droughtstricken areas across the Caribbean and Africa.

As an Actor she’s recently launched Gospel School for Performing Arts (GSPA), the UK’s 1st drama school for the Gospel community. Dr. Jarrett has multifaceted talents as an entrepreneur, doctor, actor, singer, public speaker, producer, playwright, and mentor to many young people who call her Aunty Pearl. Yet, her greatest accomplishment is her marriage to husband Dr. Errord Jarrett for 34 years and their three children
