Dr Frances Ann Bailey – Turn Around

Born and raised on Eastern Shore of Virginia, Dr. Frances Ann Bailey is a Jesus lover, servant of Christ, an ordained Minister, International Amazon Best Selling Author, Podcast Host, TEDx Speaker, wife, mother, philanthropist, and an Award-Winning Certified Coach and Certified Christian Counselor.

Also known as the “Purpose Zeal Coach” is Dr. Bailey is the CEO of Frances Bailey Enterprises, LLC, the Founder/President of the nonprofit organization Red Door Empowerment, Chancellor of the school Purpose Zeal Academy and the Dean of the Purpose Zeal School of the Great Commission Bible College & Seminary. Frances has her Associates in Administrative Support Technology, Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a specialization in CJ management, a Master’s in Public Administration, Doctorate in Leadership and a PhD in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship.

Frances seeks to help women who were once like herself to overcome life’s obstacles, break free from bondage, and recover from life setbacks to keep their zeal for purpose.
She also helps to provide spiritual support and guidance based on a Christian prospective to others to strengthen their relationship with Christ and other personal relationships as a Christian Counselor. Frances exemplifies this by consistently walking in her calling by producing books, birthing a podcast, certifying others to become coaches, business mentorship and professional development programs. Frances’ expertise, testimonies, and wisdom has taken her before great individuals.

She was also featured on FOX 34 as “Top Entrepreneurs You Should Know.” She was recently awarded the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for her commitment to leadership and her community and crowned Mrs. Virginia (1st runner up for Ms. US) and has recently been name Mother of the Year for the State of Virginia.
