Dionne Gravesande

Dionne Gravesande has over 25 years of experience working with churches, institutions, national and international non-governmental organisations. Currently she is an executive manager and a principal adviser at Christian Aid with a corporate remit for global partnerships and ecumenical collaborations on issues of faith and international development. She is a member of the New Testament Church of God and served on the National Youth & Christian Education Board for over 10 years.  Currently she is a Co-Chair for the National Church Leaders Forum, an organisation committed to facilitating a Black Christian Voice in the UK and is a contributor to its 2023 Manifesto for Change Report. She also serves as a Trustee Director the Christian Charity ‘Restored’ whose mission is to speak about the realities of violence against women and girls, equip the Church to stand against domestic abuse and support survivors. In 2023 she chaired the National Windrush Service Planning Group hosted by Southwark Cathedral. Her graduate education and training embraces theology, international relations, community development and business administration.

She has and continues to write for Keep the Faith magazine and was a contributing author to The Black Church in the 21st Century book published by Darton, Longman and Todd.
