Charmaine Noble-McLean

Charmaine Noble-McLean is Director of Content at Premier Media Group, where she leads content strategy and delivery across radio including Premier Christian Radio, Premier Praise, and Premier Gospel, and oversees editorial across digital, and print platforms. With a thirty-year career spanning local radio, television reporting, and independent production, Charmaine brings extensive experience in broadcasting and audience engagement.

Her contributions to the industry have earned her a Fellowship from the Radio Academy, and she continues to play an active role as a head judge for the prestigious Arias and as a speaker at national media events. She has also worked as an executive producer with independent award-winning production companies.

Charmaine is passionate about the intersection between the human story and Jesus. Whether the woman who has survived abuse or the challenge of discrimination to those who are leading change in their space. 

Charmaine's other joy is developing future talent in media. She regularly mentors aspiring professionals and has served as a trustee for Christians in Media. Her work reflects a commitment to excellence, innovation, and empowering others to thrive in their calling.
