With a career that spans over 34 years, Alice has developed an extensive background in social healthcare and financial management leadership, underscoring her versatility and expertise in both sectors.
Her professional journey includes significant tenure at two of the largest chartered accountant firms, PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly known as Coopers and Lybrand) and KPMG (Zimbabwe), where she honed her financial acumen and business strategic thinking.
Alice is an alumna of Manchester Metropolitan University, holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Enterprise with Marketing. Further solidifying her credentials, she possesses a Diploma in Healthcare Management and Leadership from the Institute of Chartered Secretary and Administration (CIS).
Currently, Alice oversees a variety of care services, including domiciliary and live-in care, supported living services for individuals with learning disabilities, care leavers, and children care homes. Under her leadership, the organizations have expanded their reach across several locations, including Manchester, Bolton, Wirral, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Trowbridge, Salisbury, and Belfast. These branches collectively employ over 200 staff.
Beyond her professional commitments, Alice is deeply committed to philanthropy. She regularly donates to local community initiatives and charitable organizations in the UK, such as Macmillan Cancer Support, and extends her generosity to support orphans and widows in Africa.
