Aleka Gutzmore

Aleka Gutzmore is the Director of A G Finance HUB and founder of Financial HUG™ financial education programmes.  With over 20 years in financial services and 12+ years delivering mentoring and award-winning workshops, Co-Founder of the Black Mortgage Professionals and Allies Network.  She is passionate about equipping women and underserved communities with confidence, clarity, and practical tools around money.

Aleka is the founder of the Hearts of Hackney Project, a community-led initiative supporting families, young people, and local wellbeing through advocacy, education, and faith-rooted social action in East London.  She also serves as a Lay Pioneer and is the Family, Youth & Children’s Ministry Lead at Trinity Saints United in Hackney, London, within a Church of England setting.
