Pareece Rose Sandiford

Pareece is the Founding Director of NGC (New Ground Creations) a social enterprise that helps young people and those that support them, to overcome inner-city challenges through leadership and business skills. Her passion for young people stems from the brutal passing of four friends in Edmonton (January – April 2008) when she was 16 years old. The company hopes to reduce youth violence by upskilling young people, their parents and the professionals who work with them. Pareece has over 10 years of experience working with 1200+ children and young people from across the UK. Pareece has received recognition of her work through receiving awards , invited to speak on London Live TV in 2017 and won Business of the Year Award in the same year.

Over the last 3 years, Pareece has provided business coaching to start-up entrepreneurs enabling her clients to receive grants and investments. In 2019 Pareece was selected to join the University of Cambridge’s Social Venture Programme. Pareece currently works with a charity called WE delivering on the Mayor of London’s Social Action Project and a self-esteem tour with Dove. She is celebrated for her talks and workshops on business, grooming and gangs, and self-esteem for young people.
