Reverend Nezlin J Sterling – Woman in Leadership Award

Revd Sterling is a woman of many talents who has made an impact in her nursing profession and as a church leader.
Revd Sterling is a qualified nurse who served as Director of Nursing at a West London Hospital, a counsellor and has a Management degree.
Revd Sterling has served the Christian community at the highest level. She was a Joint President and trustee of ecumenical organisation Churches Together in Britain and Ireland. She also served as a trustee for Christian Aid and represented the Black Majority Churches on the Church of England General Synod 1999 to 2011,
Rev Sterling is a member of the New Testament Assembly (NTA) where she has served amongst others as
· Member of the NTA Trustee Board;
· Director of Studies for the NTA Institute of Theology & Christian Training (ITCC)
· Author of several booklets including the Organisation International Handbook.
 
Alongside her husband, Pastor Emeritus Earl Sterling, she served as a senior Leader of NTA Ealing,
 
Nezlin and Earl have 3 adult sons, daughters in law and 6 grandchildren.
